Rhode Island Medicine is a group of internal medicine physicians who offer coordinated and integrated general medical care to adults. Located in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, we are close to Cumberland, Lincoln and North Smithfield. We also serve individuals in nearby Massachusetts. Established more than twelve years ago, our medical teams specialize in providing patient-centered care.

As an accredited patient-centered medical home (PCMH), we believe that the patient is the most important person in the health care system. In our treatments and assessments, we will always put you at the center of every decision.

The vision is for our patients to enjoy optimal health through the prevention and management of complex medical problems. In all of our treatments, we uphold compassionate and understanding care, cultural sensitivity, and confidentiality.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive and coordinated adult health care in a patient-centered medical home office setting.
